A reservation may be secured by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) or by sending a check. Thanks for your interest in Grace Elizabeth’s! We will do everything we can to make your stay a memorable one. 

These policies have been adopted for the convenience, security, and comfort of our guests.
Check-in: Between 4:00 - 6:00 PM. Inquire if special arrangements are needed.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. Inquire if special arrangements are needed.
Breakfast: Breakfast is not available during the week. Cash vouchers are given to purchase breakfast at one of our local coffee houses, restaurants or grocery stores. On the weekend (Saturday & Sunday morning) a full breakfast is served in the main house dining room. A lighter breakfast can be arranged (Breakfast-basket) to be brought to your room.
Children: At innkeeper’s discretion. Please consult with the innkeeper.
Pets: Sorry, we can not accommodate pets.
Cancellation Policy: Plans change and unexpected events occur, and we want to accommodate our guests whenever possible. However, we are a small bed and breakfast and cancellations can be significant to our business. So while we do not wish to make money on cancellations, we do need to have a reasonable policy.

• Cancellation notices should be called into our phone number, 308-832-1213. We will confirm your notice by email or phone. 
• Canceling between 2 weeks and 72 hours before your reservation, you will be charged for one night and sent a one-year Gift Certificate.
• Canceling less than 72 hours before your reservation, you will be charged for all nights reserved. If we are able to book the room for the entire reserved period, we will refund the charge. If not, we will provide a Gift Certificate valued at 50% of the amount charged to your card for your use within the year.

Smoking: Permitted outside only. Violations will incur a cleaning and deodorizing charge of $150. If we are unable to book the room because of necessary cleaning, your card will be charged the nightly rate for that room until it is returned to service.
Candles: No open flames of any kind are permitted inside the inn including candles.
Red Wine: Sorry, but no red wine is permitted in the guest rooms.
