$25 first 2 hours

$10 ea. additional hour

$15 Deposit required at time of reservation.

Payment due at conclusion of event.
*Set-up and clean-up time is included in total time for the use of facilities

Event Guidelines
- Indoor events are limited to the front 3 rooms of
the main house: Parlor, Library, Dining Room (Restroom available and access
to kitchen for serving.)
- Cost and arrangement of a caterer is the responsibility
of the contracting party. If you need a caterer, we would be happy to suggest
one. If contracting party desires to bring their own food, they must provide
their own dishes, etc. unless other arrangements are made with Grace Elizabeth’s
management. Clean up is the responsibility of the contracting party.
- Any furnishings moved must be moved by the Grace Elizabeth’s
management.
- No smoking in any Grace Elizabeth facilities is strictly
enforced.
- Contracting party and/or other service providers (i.e.
rented chairs, harpist, photographer, etc.) is/are responsible for removing their
items immediately following the event, unless other arrangements are made with Grace
Elizabeth’s management.
- Dripless candles must be used.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed with prior approval
of GE management. Any rude or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate
conclusion of the event. Any damages will be the responsibility of the contracting
party.
